Terms of Service:
1. I have a right to refuse any request that I am not comfortable with, without explanation.
2. All money must be paid upfront before work has begun (USD).
3. No refunds will be available once the piece has been completed. Refunds before then can be arranged.
4. If the commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied and the schedule adjusted.
5. You can display my art (social media, profile picture, etc) as long as I am credited and my watermark is visible.
6. You may not remove, edit, or change my watermark in any way.
7. You may not trace, edit, or change my artwork in any way.
8. I retain all rights to the commission, which includes but is not limited to: distribution, reproduction, use of the commission for art promotion and displays (e.g. social media, personal space, etc). If you do not want your commission posted anywhere, please tell me beforehand.
9. Absolutely DO NOT use my art for any AI or NFT purposes.
